Hi, I'm Alexis Kaplowitz, a Realtor at Smith & Associates here in St. Petersburg, Florida. I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay real estate market with a clear, thoughtful, and client-first approach. Honest over flattering
I'll tell you what your home is worth, not what you want to hear. I'd rather have a hard conversation upfront than watch a listing sit because we overpriced it.

St. Pete is all I do. I know this market the way you know your own neighborhood, street by street, block by block. That depth is what you're hiring.
